Deborah K. Heisz's Story

Deborah K. Heisz's forte is building strong teams and leading them to embody the founder's vision and company culture, bringing the vision to fruition beyond expectation. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of roles within the multibillion-dollar direct selling industry, and seven years at Neora has successfully built and led strong teams to achieve strategic goals.

A true advocate and leader in the Direct Selling channel, she spent nine years at Success Partners, leading the development of several projects and publications for over 100 direct selling companies. She also successfully launched a thriving custom publishing business with several newsstand titles including multi-language titles, with placement on newsstands in Korea, Japan, and countries in Europe. Deborah is also the founding editor in chief of Direct Selling News, the most reputable and widely read publication serving the Direct Selling channel.

In addition to her position as Neora's Co-CEO, Deborah is also a recognised leader in the happiness movement. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Live Happy, LLC. she created and launched the positive lifestyle magazine and website LiveHappy.com and the award-winning podcast Live Happy Now, the leading podcast for positive psychology with more than 6 million downloads since its launch in 2014. She is also the author of the book Live Happy: 10 Practices for Choosing Joy, has spoken twice at the United Nations as part of the International Day of Happiness, and was inducted into the Happiness Hall of Fame in 2018. As a lifelong advocate of personal development, she is a co-host of the Built to Win podcast and was also the founding Editor in Chief of Success magazine, a leading personal development and small business publication, and served in that role from 2008 to 2011.
